Who can purchase

Orders are open to adults 18+. At this time, I ship within the United States unless otherwise noted.

Right to refuse or cancel orders

I reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if something looks incorrect, unsafe, or impossible to fulfill. If that happens, you’ll be refunded in full.

Pricing

Prices may change without notice. The price shown at checkout is the final price for that order.

Intellectual property

All designs, images, text, and artwork on this site are created by Carmen M. Perez‑Stoppert. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Handmade work

Each piece is made by hand. Variations in surface, texture, or finish are part of the process and not considered defects.

Liability

I’m not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear over time. Once a package is scanned by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping service.

Disputes

Any issues will be handled directly between you and the studio. By purchasing, you agree to resolve disputes through communication before taking further action.

Unforeseen Events

Delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or events outside my control may affect delivery timelines.
